I purchased micromax A73 handset on 15th July 2012. After 8 months it got some problem in touchscreen.As it was under warranty,i gave it to nearest micromax service centre at above address on 17th April 2013.They told me that it will be serviced within 20-30 days. my jobsheet no. wasN030742-0413-3446652. On 29th June 2013 I got SMS on my mobile that my jobsheet has been processed and i can take my mobile back from service centre. But when I went there I was told that they don’t have my mobile.I have visited them 3 more times after that and still they have not my mobile. When I complained micromax via mail they didn’t give satisfactory response. It has been close to 3 months since I gave my mobile for servicing.

either I should get my mobile back serviced or if it is lost it should be replaced by newer one.
