Micromax – No replacement in guarentee period for faulty piece

Dear Sir, I have purchased the Micromax Turbo A250 mobile (IMEI No 911334750674905) on 9th Feb’14 from Mobiliti World, Booth no 102, Sec -14, Gurgaon. I face the following issues in the phone while using:- 1. Battery back-up is worst, the phone got discharged in 3-4 hours in standby mode. 2. Instead of 13MP camera, the picture quality is not that much good, as it claimed. 3. While using the phone the caller’s voice is not cleared. There’s some messy sound. 4. The Camera of the phone is not working properly. While on the Camera, phone got hanged. 5.Apart from that from 27th Feb” 14, my phone’s display has gone. We tried many time switch on/off plugin the charger but phone is not getting on. For the above issues I went to the dealer shop on 11th Feb’14 to request them to get it replaced. Then dealer asked me you need to go to Service Centre collect the “D.O.” from the service center. Due to time & distance issue, I requested them to kindly do on my behalf. They agreed to process further to get the “D.O.” on our behalf.I continuously followed up to the dealer, after 3 days, I got to know that the D.O. cannot be issued. I collect the mobile phone back on 16th Feb’14. My husband took the leave on 17th Feb’14 & went to the Service Centre to report the issues. On that day we got to know that “the Micromax have 7 days replacement policy due to 7 days over the phone cannot be replaced” That is the first time when we got to know this policy; instead of that should be told to us by the dealer on the first day. Dealer wasted our time. After that we called to the customer care many times put an email 3 times as well, but did not get any positive response. On 8th Mar’14 we went to the Service Centre & submit the phone to get the issues resolved. After aprox one month on 7th Apr’ 14 I got my phone back & they asked the isses are resolved now & phone will work perfectly. But after one week I faced the following issues again, which I reported to the service centre by mail as well: 1. Phone is getting hanged over n again. 2. Speaker is not working properly, voice is not cleared of caller. 3. Battery is getting discharged very quickly. No battery backup. 4. Phone is getting hot very quickly, while keeping in the pocket as well. Now the phone is in off & lying in my drawer. From the first day I asked to get my phone replaced from the dealer, service centre & customer care. Even I registered the complaint on PG Portal & National Consumer complaint department. But I have not received any reply from them. So, it is my humble request to you please give us the benefit of doubt get my mobile replaced. Thanks in advance for your kind support understanding.

I want to get my phone returned & refund my whole money INR 20,000/-
