I have submitted my phone at their service center in ahmedabad on 11th Jan and was promised to get it back in 5-7 days. Today it is 30th Jan and till now I haven’t received my phone back with repairs. On contacting the service center they are informing that they are not receiving the spare parts from company. I want the company to pay for the cost which i had to incur due to their inefficincies and pathetic servicing and repair and return my phone at the earliest.
