I have purchsed Simmtronics XPAD X722 from online website on 24 Oct 2013 in INR 5699. The product got delivered me on time. I started using the product but now suddenly its not getting on and not working. I called company’s Toll Free # 1800-102-6677 and office number 01140570300 for technical assistance, but the call was not honoured, then i sent email complaining about the product not working on support@simmtronicsmail.com, sales@simmtronics.com & pccare@simmtronics.com but no reseponse so far. Then i paid visit to authorised service center Suraj Technology but they said that they are not associated with this company and will not provide any service. I contacted other service centers in Pune and Mumbai, but everyone denied.

I want to get my Tablet serviced at Pune only, if not possible i would like to have my money returned. I have attached scan copy of the Invoice.
