bought my phone micromax canvas a72 on 25/07/2013 from bhushan radios jammu. but the phone didnot work properly.i gave my phone for repairs to sawhney communications, gumat,jammu which is authorised service centre of micromax on 19/10/2013. they told me that phone will be repaired in 20 days. and when i inquire about my phone.they gave me the customer care centre number. it is more than 3 months i am not getting my handset back. the people of sawhney communications jammu(9419105399)are giving me no reply. on the other hand when i call to micromax customer care centre(18605008286),they keep on saying me your phone will be delivered to you in 7 days. bt 3 months have passed in listening these 7 days from them. but till now i dont get my handset back. i have spent rs 6600/- on my phone. but the service centre in jammu and the customer care centre in gurgaon , both are giving no reply to me. i am very annoyed with this. please halp me to get my handset back and take any action on it.

want a new handset or my handset with repairs . and i also want my expenses that has been incurred on petrol and phone bills.
