Sir, I bought a phone (Micromax A104) on 16.08.2014. After two days the screen touch was not working properly. i went with the complain to micromax service center, i got a nice reply that he does not have proper person to solve out this problem, however he told me to meet me after 7days. whithin 7 days screen touch stopped working completely. service center person told me that he will order for a new screen touch. i arrived several times to the service center but he continued with his excuse till now. plz look into the matter as due to this problem i faced lots of difficulties.

I m a MBBS student & had a lot of financial problem because of this difficulties but don’t want to mention
