Dear Sir i have submitted my mobile micromax a88 model for repair at micromax service center at dwarka sec-5 on 9th of September under job sheet no#N030814-0913-5313617.I was told that i would have to wait for seven days for the mobile to get repaired.after 7 days when i contacted them they told me that the part has not come yet and it would take another 7 days.again i contacted them and they gave me the same reply.then i contacted the Micromax customer care to raise a complaint against it. my complaint got registered on 1 Oct 2013, my complaint no is mmx0110138155 and told me to wait for 20 days to get my complaint resolved .i contacted them many a times but always told to wait for 20 days period to get over. after 20 days when i contacted micromax customer care they told me that my complaint is still showing pending status and i have to wait for another 20 days.i contacted the service center also they replied that u can take your mobile back and when the part will be available we will call you. today it has been almost 2 months that my mobile has not got repaired yet.that’s why i am raising this complaint
