Sir I have loader complaint against maicromax….. I submitted my a87 phone in Porbandar service center 5oct 2013 and it was in warranty period they give me manual job sheet and after 20 day it will be ready…but after that I go service center and it’s closed 5 time after I call in Customer care and complaint lodge but they are not given response and say it’s your mistake…after I mail company and super phone department but they say it’s closed for some day…after days I against go ther it’s closed…and again I mail and call in service center …survive center give me email is for complaint and email replay to call customer care…no one give any response….as per policy my phone warranty over in service and they have to extend my warranty to till date when I got mobile….but no one is give proper replay…around 10 time I call in customer care and 20 to 25 mail and 10 time I was go at service centre…no one is proper replay…and always say your mistake…sir it’s not our responsibility that to instruct service centre…but micromax is not try to take any follow up from service centre and instruct him how you give manual sheet… Sir I am govt servant and 110 km so far from Porbandar….my leave my cost all u suffer but micromax not given me any answer…. and i got the mo num of Mr. Kulin Vora who see all gujarat service centre problem and i call him 4 to 6 time he always hold my call and finally he answer me we dont have any information about your phone and give me 1 day i will replay you…dont lodge the complaint and today its 9 day over and right now its mob is also off… sir no one is given answer..and no one lodge my complaint in company….pls sir… it’s a company or fraud company…please help me and expose micromax…my no is 09662010944…still no repaly….micromax should be band…request you sir

micromax is say service centre is not in our…not any responsible person to trat customer and no control on service centre and became a irresponsible as a company… must be band his service center provided manual job sheet but micromax not instruct to original process as per consumer rules
