micromax service center – poor service

submitted my newly phone to micromax service center on 15 oct 2013 due to charging problem, they told me my problem will be resolved within 2 or 3 days, but its been long time . they still not giving any confirmation on it, i regularly calling them but not finding any confirmation. so please help me out i will be great thank full to you.

i want new phone as well as loss of my income from my clients
