I have purchased micromax Tablet P365 in month of April 2015 and after 3 months problem started with wifi/Bluetooth/charger. So I visited Service Center in Green Land, Begumpet, Hyderabad. (Here is Job Sheet No: S040360 – 1115 – 20409998) on 23th Nov 2015 and after few week I got called on 29th Dec 2015 they asked me to collected my tablet, when I reach there they handovered P310 which I deny to accept it so they told they will send it back. From 29th Nov to till date I have called them couple of time and visited in person, every time they used to same answer they have to send email for approve. I am not sure did they sent any email for approval or not. Final I have requested to return my tablet so that I can get it repaired outside. But they are not listening me. Please let me in this. What to do, Do I need to approach court to take legal action.
