Micromax – service centre ignored me and didn’t respond

Sir, This is to inform you that today I visited Micromax service centre, Dhanbad for fixing the issues in my Funbook infinity P275(EAN NO:89-04132-42277-3) under warranty, job sheet no – EO60068-0314-8482612.The problem which still persists even after being fixed by the service centre officials is that inspite of having an internal SD memory of 2 G.B. It displays and stores only 200 M.B. of data. And a red light was blinking continuously. The officials at the service centre did nothing to fix my problem but just reset the device and returned it back to which could be done by me anytime at my home with the reset option already available in the device. Then, again I visited Micromax service centre at 08.03.2014 at 01:30p.m. He took my Funbook infinity tab. under job sheet no – EO60068-0314-8540959 and told that he is repairing it and will give in some time. But he made me wait till 05:30p.m and then told me to come the next day. When I came the next day, they told me that they will return my Funbook tab. after 1 month. I also complained to the Micromax head office but they ignored me and didn’t respond. I was dejected hearing this. They were very irresponsible. I think it is the company’s custom to harass a customer. I am highly disappointed with the negligent behavior of the service centre and kindly request you to get my problem fixed. i want my funbook tab. back in perfect condition and the company should not behave rudely with customer.
