Micromax Canvas 4 smart phone stopped functioning suddenly within one month from purchase. The phone was given for repair at the micromax service center. The concerned persons are not responding promptly to the complaint and telling me to wait for one month, which is very frustrating. The phone is within warranty period.
I would like the phone to be repaired completely in one week. If that can’t be done, the company should replace my phone or pay back the cost of the phone
