Micromax tab – display and battery backup problem

i had given my micromax tab to authorizer micromax service center on 01march 2014.it had issues with its display and battery backup,it is still in warranty.my job sheet no.is s010065-0314-8896768.when i contacted the service center they postponed every time.so i request you to please force them to return my tab
i just want my tab returned to me with working condition
