I have purchased Micromax Tablet on Jun 23 2012. and its under warranty, Its now dead, not working, so I have submitted it on 24/12/2012 to the Authorised service Station of MicroMax in Nashik [ M/S SAMARTH TELECOM SHOPEE-OPP PANCHVATI HOTEL, 1ST FLR BALWANT PLAZA VAKILVADI, ASC contact no.-0253-3018033 ], I have called company helpline number listed on their website http://www.micromaxinfo.com/contact-us.aspx and they told me that they take seven working days to repair or replace the product and its been nnow more than that and they say now it will take a month to get it repaired or replaced.

As they will now take over a month for the tablet to get replaced repair, I will face financial losses and hardship, as I use the tablet to connect to internet to carry out my business.

I want the company to provide me my tablet in the time which they have mentioned.
