Micromax – Touch screen failed poor service

I am Raghava Rao, working as a Manager – Orient Fans (Leading manufacturer of Fans). Recently I have purchased Micromax Mobile A 116 HD. From the 5th month, problems are started in phone, I was visited 11 times to service centre including yesterday. Recent data sheet details are attached . Bill is also attached for your reference. Problem Details are as below, 10. Touch screen failed in 2 times 11. Speaker problem 2 times 12. PCB fail -2 time 13. Power button fail – 2 times 14. Dust in screen – 3 times 15. Volume keys not working -1 time 16. Proximity sensor fail -1 time 17. Hanging of the phone – 3 times 18. Charging not working – 3 times In one phone I have faced 19 problems in the span of 3 months. They have made 5 times data sheet and remaining times they keeping me wait in service center and made the repairs. Every 3-4 days I have visited Service center . Service centre details: M/S SIMRON COMMUICATIONS NIT FARIDABAD. Contact persons are Mr. Prakash, Mr. Shiv Pratap. Yesterday I made a call to service centre at around 11-00 clock, one lady understood my problem and she said, we will replace your handset, once you go to service centre please make call so that we talk to service peoples and we will replace your hand set. I made a call around 6.30 PM , Mr Pushpender singh attended my call and he said we will not replace your mobile, you have to come to service center whenever the problem arises, it may be 100 times also. I was very disappointed with his words, already I visited 11 times travelling around 10-12 Km every 3-4 days to service center, and I kept my mobile at service center more than the 20 days. I have asked for the record how many times a have submitted my mobile, they are saying that we don’t have any record, records are erased. Hence, I kindly request you to please replace my hand set as early as possible. Because if it is repaired then also problems are coming frequently, which is not accepted.
