I have faced some USB not charging issue in mobile and given for service as above mentioned services center.First time there serviced and return the mobile and post service again same issue arises and post service some other issue also arises like Power on/Off button not working and sudden switch and some malfunctioning. Initially my mobile was only USB complaint only ,but post service lot of issues raises.Hence i have again given to service center and there kept one month and with outdoing service.After one month there said like your mobile sent to Micro max Delhi office for servicing.After long time back have received call from service center and i reached center and there return one old mobile and all the spares are changed and looks like very old mobile,but my mobile given to service center looks like brand new conditions.I said the service center executive where is my mobile,there said this your mobile and we have changed mother board,display .But actually the mobile entire parts changed condition and my original mobile IMEI sticker removed from my mobile and pasted with some other old mobile and they return to me.I refused collect my mobile in this condition ,i asked i need the new mobile replacement and without consumer concern how come your change all the parts with out issue.
