i have purchased phone of Rs.12600 on 8-6-2013 and it is working properly till the month of nov-13 then the problems start, my phones wifi and bluetooth stop working therefore i visited my nearest service center which is in Godhra but there they have not accepted my phone and said me that they are not having the authority of repairing motherboard hence then i visit the service center in Anand but there they have answer me that they are not giving service of the phone which are in warranty period and ask me to go Ahmedabad service center which is 100 kms away from my location therefore i go there on 16-12-13 and give my phone there for repairing and there they told me that within 15 to 20 days you will get your phone back but after 20 days i have done inquiry but they said that my phone is still under service and after that i got my phone back after 2 months but still same problem continues, so on 17-2-14 i go to Ahmedabad again and give my phone to another service center because the first care center is closed and than after 1 month i have got my phone back and the condition of my phone become worst than ever because they have damaged my phone touch screen and display and not working properly so i complaint in care center and they said that display is not available so put your phone for 15-20 days but i don’t give my phone there. After that i have visit the store in Anand on 15-3-14 from where i have purchased the phone but they have giving me answer very rudely that do whatever u can do. so therefore i m complaining about this matter and my phone is still under warranty.

i want new phone or the money which i have paid for the phone and all my expenses with interest.
