Microsoft Nokia Lumia 535 – Consumer Review

I purchased a new microsoft lumia 535 on 14th December 2014 and after a few days it started to hang and used to get switch off. After that the charger could not connect to the phone maybe there was some problem with the charging slot. I was not able to charge my phone for three days at that time.After that when I was going to the customer care center I met with an accident and the phone fell down and the display was broken. They told me that for the new display they will be charging INR 3850 approximately in order to save the warranty for the mobile set.

When I went to collect the phone from the care centre they said that the phone is ready to use and at the time when I checked the phone there were two lines on the display and when I told them about the same they said that for this I have to pay INR 1000 to remove the lines from the hand set as it was our fault as per them.So I did not collected that phone from the centre as I want the lines to be removed from the handset as I have paid the money for the new display.After that when I called the customer care centre for the issue I was being told that I will be receiving a call from there end within 24 hours but that never happened.I am still calling them but the level of services provided by them are absolute disgusting and also it is like a mental harassment now where in I am calling them for this issue again and again but they are not replying to this.I just called them today as well and I was again promised that I will receive a call with in half an hour but its still the same.no revert from their end.

I just want my handset to be handed to me properly and the lines also to be removed as it was not our fault.If they knew that after putting in the new display there will be lines left inside they should have informed us before putting in the new display.Its just been a month that I have purchased this phone and I have only used it for 10-15 days.I don’t have any hand set with me and have borrowed one from someone.Please look into this and resolve this at the earliest as I am sick and tired of calling them again and again.As it is a faulty hand set it will be great if the handset can be replaced because within a month only it has created so much of hassle for me and for them so who knows how will it work after that.
