I have purchased a Microwave Oven in Oct 2013 and within 1 year, its Electronic panel stop working. i have called Customer Care and lodged complaint first time 07/15/2014 which they close it by saying that their engineer was not able to find my home though he personally come to my house and check the over but still they have mentioned he couldn’t able to find my house. Then again i lodge complaint and again their engineer come and gave me the same default and promise me that he will get it repaired within 2 days and after 2 days when i again call customer care, they informed me it still pending.Since then I am not able to get my oven repaired. I have even sent them an email twice but every time it is getting bounced back to me. And when ever i try to approach Customer care I am always told that they have kept on hold and putting it on high priority. I am not able to understand if they cant able to provide after sale service so why such companies are allowed to do business in India.

I want to take their oven and reimburse me what i spend on their appliance. I don’t want them to repair that as later if again same problem come then i again i have to follow up from them. So please refund my money back and i will buy some other good company Micro wave.
