I have opted for kotak life insurance and my policy no.2029701, I have paid 50k HALF YRLY.They have not informed me anything about the charges and they gave me term of 15 year. and I have given for cancellation and I have not got my amount.when I verified they said that the policy is in force without my knowledge.pls help me.contaCT NO.9449064812
