Dear Sir/ Madam,

My sister, Miss Mukta S Ganpur is working as a teacher in Oriental School , situated at Jogeshwari (West) , Mumbai. Recently, our dad expired on 19th July, 2010 due to illness. As we stay in Govt quaters we have to vacant the place and need to shift to other house stiuated at Thane. My sister , she informed her principle she is leaving the job in the month of november and ready to provide the 30 days notice period as per the appointment letter offered to her.

In reply to that, her principal scolded her stating that
a) why you cannot travel from Thane?
b) Will lodge a police complaint against my sister?
c) You cant leave the job.

I dont understand, how could a principle will say such that things. I need some legal advices and guidance to shut her mouth. Please
