I had travelled from Bangladesh to Mumbai in flight No.9W0275 dtd.13.12.11. When we enter into the flight we came to know there is delay of 50minutes due to some flag march of Bangladesh airforce. Secondly when we sat of seat to see movies there is not proper connection of airphone and unable to listen voice. Same I informed to your Flight persur Mr.Siddharth but not doubt my way of showing was no good since I had waited so long into the flight. I just told him that your flight just like Neeta TPH service and according to me his service and maintanance better that you. Immediately he asked me roughly what you said. Then he ready to shift me elsewhere but we traveling all 20 deligation and every seat there is a problem of airphone. I travel all the way to Mumbai and while getting down due to cross level of ladder my balance went that time your flight persur Mr.Siddhartha laughing loudly with help of air hostess. I want to slap him there but i kept quite. Now that things not digest and I am writing to you.If your people misbehaving with customer like this then will not going and advice our friends not to travel with Jet Airways………
