This is to bring into your kind notice that i’ve taken 10 policy in ICICI pru… i’ve taken only one policy after that as per telephonic conversation they told me that i’ll get the bonous on my existing pociy for the same they always misguide me and now i came to knw that there is no as such bonous process….. now i do not have money to pay my premium amt as i was waiting of my bonous amt which they told me… i’ve no way to go anywhere as i’m retire lady, do not have any soure of income apart from my Pension… i’m very helpless, on daily basis i’m reciving call from ICICI pru to pay my premium amt,, i do not have money to buy food for myself how can i pay premium amt…. and they also informed me that if i do not pay my premium amt my all policy will be lapsed and i’ll won’nt get any amt from ther… They always told me that they are from IRDA and to claim my bonous amt i’ve to pay security amt on the name of icici which is refundable to me along with my bonous amt but what they do they convert into a new policy and process is continue at the start i’ve have only one policy but now they imposed me 9 more policy…. after that they give me 6policy in Bharti Axa told me that i’ll get the bonous amt as they are from IRDA so now i’ve to pay security amt on the name of bharti axa…..
