Misleading and cheating by Samsung

Attached here with the invoice and we were promised for the Blue ray and Skype camera by the Samsung sales team with in 20 days from the date opf sales, installation , in spite of our repeated calls even NO COURTESY calls were returned back and we assure that will never recommend or buy in future any of your brands! After our repeated calls to Samsung call center and complaint, we were told by Samsung thatt the DVD will be delviered by 25th Decemebr and Finally the dealer delivered the the DVD player but he charged us and the bill enclosed. Kindly explain why these false promises and finally cheating the customers like this! Being the professional company, this matter has to be taken to the higher level or to the consumer court, if we do not get the proper response

The payment collected for the DVD to be refunded and also for this misleading cheating Skype camera should be compensated as free gift
