his name is mr vishal thakkur and the agency name is appoorva insurance broker (p) ltd new panvel branch my policy nos :- 02021046 and 02058684 i have also logged a complain in kotak h.o sion east
i had no idea of the terms and condition of the said policy the above mentioned agent has completely kept me into darkness and now he is not responding to my calls nor my sms
