I have taken a policy and while it has sold it was told me that you can withdraw your policy whenever you want but now they are saying you can not withdraw that since its locking period of 5 years. Please help me in this matter and ICICI staff is not at all co-operative , they are very gentle when we pay amount but when m trying to withdraw my amount why such things happen .
