Dear Sir,
I was mis-sold the above pension plan by ICICI official. I was told that this is a very good product and requires one time investment. I was never told that this one is a regular premium policy and one time investment is also acceptable. It was later when I received policy that I found fund allocation charges as high as 15% have been deducted besides other administrative charges.The fund allocation charges on later premiums being nil.So, prima facie this policy is meant and beneficial for those who can invest regularly every year, not me. I paid a hefty premium of Rs. 5.00 Lacs misconceiving it as a one-time prem. with perhaps min. or no fund management charges as happen otherwise. My complaint about this has been scrutinised by ICICI Pru grievance redressal cell and they have rejected my claim of refund of all the charges along with fund value . My policy no being 13675788 and UIN:105L073V01. I have also complained about this to Insurance Ombudsman Chandigarh, 2 moths back after rejection from ICICI PRU. I request your goodsel to kindly provide me justice as soon as possible.
