I have applied for MNP.
I want leave Airtel due to poor connectivity and high calling rates in Mumbai.
I am trying Airtel customer care since I have applied for 31.12.2011 for transfering my number to other service provider.
Initially i received the calls from Portibility dept. for not leaving the Airtel network instead they will provide me the plan with low calling rates and connectivity issue will be resolved.
I am not satisfied with the calls from customer care and their answers.
My Unique Porting ID is AZ154512.
Request pls transfer my number to my required service provider.
As a loyal customer to Airtel since four years, I expect Airtel will resolve my issues.
