My Mobikwik account details are Id- gprateek135@gmail last month the mobikwik disabled my account in which i was availing an promotional offer and i was barred from logging in without any valid reason.
Due to the above reason i was not able to recharge my BSNL prepaid account on time and occurred a loss of talk-time of 40 hours(approx.), and various other places.
I would request to reactivate my account with the offer and grant me damages
