i am ram mohan and i purchased a mobile phone (model no. samsung s3310, IMEI no. 354118034601981) of samsung company from planet m rajpur road dehradun on 27/01/2010. one day this phone got switched off suddenly and not restarted. i went to again planet m dehradun (contact no. 0135 6452778) for repairing the phone on 13/10/2010. they took my mobile for repairing for two or three days.my job card no. is p03853.
but even after 13 days, i have not got my mobile back. i have called them many times and also visited the service centre for inquiry but there is no response from their side.
this caused me lot of inconveinence, i have to borrow mobile phone from other person for use from last and also i have lost of warranty.
please provide me judgement in this regards.
