Sir, Since last 30 days in my residence area at velachery main road, near GuruNanak collge,chennai Airtel Mobile calls are dropping, mobile showing full signals but then also our phones are not reachable. Please resolve network problem in my area. Your customer base is the highest so maintain the quality of service and avoiding loosing the leader position. I need not to worry for nuber of users in our area but you have all the data

Mobile Balance Deduction
My phone no is 9728767766.And below is my problem 1) 99 rupees are deducted from my balance without any information. 2) I recharged my phone with Rs 19 roaming pack but still incoming charges deducted on every call i roaming area. Please tell why this so happened
