it has been just 8 months since the purchase of the mobile sony ericsson w705 and it is well within the warranty period. the key pad of the mobile is not working and i have given it to the service centre for correction of the same on 19/12/2009. i have called the service centre many times since then but they ask me to call back after 2-3days since its not ready. i am having to face a lot of problem professionally due to unavailability of my mobile with me. the same complaint has been given to the sony ericsson company but with no results. kindly help.
