I had purchased a mobile of spice company vide bill no 7287,dtd 04.07.2009 from mobile house bikaner.I had paid rs 6900 for d88g.from the vry begining set was not working properly and i was having lots of problem with this set the main are following:
1.The set use to get hang very frequently.
2.The battrey was not proper .it use to get discharge very early.
3.The set do not accept memory card quite often.
4.The dual sim is not working properly.
With all these compaint i took the set toyour hawa sarak service centre at jaipur n they kept the set for one month and said that we had changed ur mobile vide service slip 972 dtd 24.11.2009.they had swept my mobile set pcb and given me the set of some other fellow i dont know who he was coz i was having a lot of no in it of some persons to whom i dont know.I reported back the matter to your service centre and i was completely amazed to see the behaviour of your service centres persons.they were misbhevaing with me like anything so i request u to look in this matter personally n do the needful or otherwise…
