I was owing a BSNL prepaid number 9448373699. I ported out my number to Idea prepaid on 09/06/2018. As My family member was hospitalized i was not available to use this number for 3-4 months so it got deactivated in idea on 29/12/2018 . When I visited idea store for reactivation they say it is BSNL series number so you will get it activated in BSNL only, Kindly get my number reactivated be it in postpaid or prepaid. I visited your BSNL office @ Nipani but none of them are ready to help. Kindly do the needful.
