I have been opting for the lifetime validity when recharging my prepaid connection. The scheme I have taken is Rs.444/- full talk-time, with lifetime validity (ie Jan2015). However recently in Mumbai I tried to recharge with the same scheme, but validity was only one month. Vendor is clueless. Since my usage is limited, this one month validity will result in wastage. I have been trying without any success to reach your customer care to change this validity to a lifetime one, but have been unable to reach anyone who has shown any inclination to help. I also do not understand why in the account balance message this new top-up done recently in Mumbai is showing as “voice sms” since I havent opted for voice sms and do not wish to. Please resolve this issue and have the validity extended. Thank you.
