i am arun sharma and i purchased a mobile phone (model no. X118, IMEI no. M- 910048500778715, S- 910048500778723) of micro max company from Abhishek Cell point, prem nagar, dehra dun on 12/03/2010. one day this phone got switched off suddenly and not restarted. i went to service centre of micro max in dehradun (contact no. 0135 2711915) for repairing the phone on 25/08/2010. they took my mobile for repairing for two or three days.my job card no. is 594816.
but even after two months, i have not got my mobile back. i have called them many times and also visited the service centre for inquiry but there is no response from their side.
this caused me lot of inconveinence, i have to borrow mobile phone from other person for use from last two months and also i have lost my two months of warranty.
please provide me judgement in this regards.
