dear sir/madam,
i have bought a nokia mobile(N79) from nokia priority dealer of Rs.15000/- by the name tirupati communication,guwahati vide bill no 4403 on dt 12.09.2009.
on the date 22.11.2009 the mobile had a problem of display. i went to nokia care by the name Bharali Service Centre,guwahati and deposited to the same vide job sheet no 718504886/091124/19 dated 24.11.2009. after 5 days they told me that the mobile has to sent to delhi for repairing.i withdraw the mobile and came back to kolkata and same has given to nokia care kolkata, by the name Everest mobicare, 10 lenin sarani,kolkata-13, vide job sheet no 290504886/091211/31 dt 11.12.2009. after 5 days they have returned back the same with repairing. after 15 days mobile occured the same display problem and again given them for repairing vide job sheet no 290504886/100107/75 dated 07.01.2010. and requested them for replacemnt. but they have refused my proposal. i came back from the said nokia care without taken back the mobile set.
i have lodged a complain to nokia customer care over the telephone for replacement vide complain no 1-10220528631. but they have not replied against same complain. i have already lodged a written complain vide no 1-10401771685. but till date they have not confirmed the status of the same.
now at this present juncture of the situation i need a replacement of the same mobile. because i have spent Rs. 15000/- for mobile which is not used properly by me and got harrassment for replacement/repairing.
i am requesting you to please arrange to return back my valued replaced mobile instead of repaired mobile.
