My mobile display screen was damaged in the month of Aug and I telephonically contacted Micromax Customer Care for Repair etc however a representative from their side advised me to deposit a sum of Rs.5900/- online and that they would replace the same. In spite of depositing the amount and also depositing my damaged mobile with the local customer care as suggested by them I have not received the same till date. Till now no update from them whenever I call they are not lifting the phone or the phone is engaged. Its been 4 months now however I do not know the status of the phone. I do not have any clue whom to contact for the same.I have also e-mailed them number of times but of no use.
