The person who replied has not sufficient knowledge about product and product services since what I queried and what he replied, its totally different. I have deposited my cell phone on 17/08/2013 which was repaired on 29/08/2013, but due to same problem I again visit the gallery and service centre again deposit the handset on 3/9/2013 and said within 15 days it will be repaired, but 2 months lapsed but till now my cell phone not repaired. When I go to service centre, representative said that company is not sending parts so can not help you, you call to customer. When I call to customer, representative tells me that within 7 days it will be repaired. After 7 days I call back, representative tells me that wait for 7 days, I ask him that there is any time limit. He said that Sir you will got within 7 days. Again after 7 days I call back, representative tells me that please wait sir it will be delivered before 20/10/2013. Again on 21/10/2013, I call back, representative tells that wait for 15 days, I can’t understand what is the issue? There is any time limit for resolution of a single problem.

I just want that my phone shall be repaired as soon as possible.
