Name of the Company : The MobileStore Limited CIN : U51900MH2006PLC160647 Inspite of sending the repeated emails/telephonic conversation with the Mobile store official(s), till date i had not received my repaired hand set. Now it is more than 1 Month. I, Mr Sreejith K Nair, on November 28, 2013 had handed over the my damaged HTC One X mobile phone which is under the extended warrantee to Mobile Store located at CST. (Address: City Terrance, W.H. Marg, Opposite CST Station, Below City Palace Hotel, Fort, Mumbai.) Since December 07,2013 I was continuously following ups with the technician on 65973137 mobile store no. nevertheless as on date(i.e. after 1 month from the date of submission) I regret to say that had not received any proper reply for the same. This is a height of customer service.. I humbly request you to kindly expedite/escalate this matter to the concern persons ASAP.
