This is the third time that my unwanted service has been activated in my mobile no 9997778489. I dont want SMS pack any more but my money is being deducted on regular basis without my consent . I request you to kindly refund my money..immediately. I have requested on customer care twice for which they assured to remove those automatic service but again it has been activated I have also send sms to diactivate..but in vain. this kind of response is never expected from a company like yours
