A-1, SHAKTI COMPLEX, MALL ROAD, NEAR FIRE BRIGADE, BATHINDA, Moble No. 9023232342 for Harassment, Misbehavior and not providing free things mentioned in Bill and further charging excess amount than bill. It is respectfully submitted that I purchased Micromax Canvas hd A116 Mobile from above said dealer amounting Rs.15999/- . I immediately paid the amount and asked for bill. Dealer told me that bill will be supplied to you after half an hour. When I came to him after half an hour he told me that give me your email account, bill will be emailed to you next day. I provided him my email a/c but he did not email me. When I asked him for the bill on mobile he bluntly refused for bill and asked me if bill is required then give me Rs.1000/- more. Then I given him Rs.1000/- more for the mobile. When I saw the bill in which Micromax Flip Cover worth Rs. 500 is also absolutely free mentioned. Dealer also did not give me that cover. Even he misbehaved with me also. This is very bad on part of the dealer. Sir, please help me by refunding of excess charges of Rs.1000/- and providing me free micromax flip cover worth Rs.500 Deepak Setia Mobile 9646250056
