i have complaint booked on dt. 24.11.09 for message is not going from my mobiles
i have more time talked with customer care but they are not giving properly reply & not solved this problem

every time we have search that a person who talk with us at time on duty in customer care , they have not knowldege abount mobiels network . so they cannount give repiy properly.
you are requested , please solved the my problem
