I had purchased mobile(MICROMAX CANVAS KNIGHT A359) on monthly EMI of 1059 plus advance RS 1500.00 from www.mobilesguru .in. I have given my first installment RS. 1500.00 for which they have given me a consolation writch watch. But near about 25day now over, i am not getting my product. After enquiry from their representative by calling at 011- 30018124 I came to know that they have cancel my order and they are not going to deliver my product. their excuse is that my order was nor according to thei CREDIT POLICY. My question is that they should inform me about this before taking RS. 1500.00.
