Sir, I have ordered an mobile hand set including the extended warranty through The MobileStore Limited, dt 3/06/14 having total value of Rs 8298.But to my surprise I have received only the handset with attached bill. No whereabouts for the extended warranty details. After complaining regarding this, they have send an PDF attachment on 12/06/14 stating the Extended Warranty details which is totally not authentic. I have yet to receive any response regarding this.

Sir, I need the authentic bill details for the claimed Extended Warranty against the ordered Handset. Mobile : HTC Desire 210 Extended Warranty for 1 Yr Value paid – Rs 199 Regards. Mohit
