On 5-Oct-2014, I made payment of Rs.428.5 for recharging my mobile in www.mobiletopup.co.in for Recharge value 451 (451-10%=428.45). I waited for a long time. But my number was not recharged. I checked the status in their website. It shows failed. I called their customer care number. The call was on waiting for some seconds and got disconnected. I mailed to them and also to the payment gateway www.payu.in. But no response. Money is not refunded back to my account.

My money Rs 428.45 only. It is enough. (Money refund by transfer back to my account or DD payable at Chennai. No cheque)
