Please NOTE: I did not find www.mobiletopup.co.in in the list of “Brand” so that’s why I selected “rechargeitnow”. But my complaint is with ww.mobiletopup.co.in only. I did a recharge of Rs. 3600 for my Airtel digital TV from WWW.mobiletopup.co.in on 28th Feb 2014. I got 5% discount and hence I made a payment of Rs. 3420 from my Standard Chartered credit card. I got a mail that about recharge from www.mobiletopup.co.in but money got debited from my account and recharge was failed. Then I wrote 2 or 3 mails to their mail ID i.e. care@mobiletopup.co.in, but they did never reply to my mails. then I called them at their no. i.e.9266673xxx and they said it would take 20 working day to refund the amount. when I called them after 30 days they said that they were having problem in refunding amount in credit card account so they told me to give them my bank account no. details so that they could transfer this by NEFT. I gave them all the details and after few days when I tried to contact them they did not pick my phone. Now when i try to contact them over phone, then phone gets disconnected automatically with just a single ring. They are not responding me on the mails and on phone. My 3420 Rs. are stuck with them. Hereby I am attaching all the mails in pdf.
My amount i.e. 3420 rs. should be refunded with interest and they should not behave like this with customers in future.
