Modular Kitchen – Some of the parts were missing not fixed properly

This is with regards to my purchased Modular Kitchen on 28/07/2013 under order no. 1001SO/13-14/000626 and Invoice No. 2015RI/13-14/01683 from EVOK Faridabad. I received the parts on 17/09/2013. Installation was done by their engineers at my place with lot of discrepancies. Some of the parts were missing which the engineer assured to be delivered in 2 days which never was done even after continues follow up with the officials till date. This partially installed kitchen as many flaws which we have been bringing in to notice to your counterparts at Faridabad e.g. shelves of the cabinet are not fixed properly they are falling again and again, central platform of kitchen is of 3Feet as per approved design however the wooden piece has been placed on 2feet wide which will not hold the granite of the 1 feet outer and many more which I will explain if you call me. We have been following up with them since then that kindly complete task properly as we have to shift and no family can shift without a proper working kitchen as you may know, but your concerned officials are making us annoyed by saying that they are not helping us just because I have complained about their after sales behaviour in my previous mail, is this the way of trading? They are not picking our phone calls, promising us to visit then never visits such a pathetic customer care tactics of a brand like EVOK.

Nevertheless now it is over my patience limit and now I want my money to be refunded and take your kitchen back. I am moving to consumer cell for the resolution of these never ending problems with a brand like EVOK, with proper compensation for the harassment we have been facing since we buy this item not to a small amount its above 2.1lacs which is not acceptable at all.
