I ported my number 7757063007 from Postpaid to prepaid on 6th Jan 2017. Same day it got ported to prepaid and I put the new sim inside my phone. Upon doing a recharge of Rs. 509 from paytm, my money got deducted and it was showing successful on Paytm but I received an error sms from Vodafone that transaction could not be processed with transaction number ONR1801062027170121. I contacted paytm and they told me that they have sent the money to vodafone via transaction id : LPTM5946081013 and they need vodafone to confirm that reversal of this amount can be made. Now Vodafone has stopped responding and are not doing anything. I want the money back. Please help.
