Dear Sir/Madam, I have opted for airtel mobile internet 3g Plan 102 rs through online. They deducted the amount 102rs. But they have not rendered the service. Is there any way that I can get my money back?

Balance Deducted Twice
Respected sir/Madam On 20-01-2014 when I pay Rs.515.00 with my debit card , It shown error but amount get deducted,So I again made a payment Same happens again so A total of 1030.00 get deducted from my account No 1 is attending a call. Reg no.:5011493496
